2. Eligibility

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any part of the platform.
5. Educational Content and Programs
Moravent provides access to seminars, instructional materials, and structured learning programs focused on finance tools and related subjects. All content is intended for educational purposes only.
The platform does not provide financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. Content presented during seminars or through the platform reflects the views of the respective instructors and contributors and should not be construed as professional guidance. 6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Fees
Certain seminars and features on the platform require payment. All applicable fees are displayed at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize Moravent to charge the applicable amount using your selected payment method.
6.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a per-product basis and is outlined at the time of purchase. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, fees paid for completed or accessed content are non-refundable. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership right or license to use Moravent's intellectual property beyond what is explicitly permitted herein. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of platform content is strictly prohibited.
8. User-Submitted Content
If the platform allows you to submit content such as comments, questions, discussion posts, or feedback, you retain ownership of that content but grant Moravent a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the operation and improvement of the platform.

In no event shall Moravent's total cumulative liability to you for any claim exceed the amount you paid to Moravent in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or CAD $100, whichever is greater.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moravent and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of or access to the platform.
- Your violation of these Terms of Use.
- Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
- Any content you submit to the platform.
14. Suspension and Termination
Moravent reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to be in violation of these terms or if your conduct is deemed harmful to other users, the platform, or Moravent's reputation and operations.
Upon termination, your license to use the platform ceases immediately. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Moravent reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, content, or service on the platform at any time without notice or liability. We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature or functionality.
16. Governing Terms
These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Moravent regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Failure by Moravent to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
